You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

- Harass, abuse, defame, or threaten others.

4. Content & Encryption
You retain ownership of your content. Because Connecto uses end‑to‑end encryption, we cannot access or decrypt your messages, files, or voice calls. You are solely responsible for the content you share.
5. Moderation & Reporting
We may review metadata (e.g., timestamps, channel names) to enforce these Terms. We cannot see encrypted message content. Users may report abusive behaviour, and we will investigate and may suspend accounts.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for any violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via settings.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "AS IS" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error‑free, or secure operation, though we strive for the highest security standards.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Connecto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of United States Of America. Disputes shall be resolved through USA arbitration Act.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified.
